Detached family villas on their own plots, with shaded terraces and a garden made for a pool.
Paired homes that share one wall and nothing else: own entrance, own garden, own parking.

Low-rise residences framed by the treeline, with balconies over landscaped courtyards.
Parks thread through every neighbourhood, linking homes to cafés, courts, schools and the Metro on foot or by bike. The day starts under trees and ends on a terrace.

Green, connected and complete: a city of parks in the east of Dubai, with the Metro at the door and everything a family needs within a short walk.
Landscape leads the plan. Parks sit at the heart of each neighbourhood, with tree-lined streets, walking and cycling routes and open green space between the homes, following the approach of Aldar’s Haven and Athlon communities in Dubailand.
Around 8,000 homes are planned across three phases, so early buyers secure first choice of plots and outlooks while the wider community grows around them.
Beyond the gates, Dubai Silicon Oasis already offers schools, clinics, supermarkets and a large free-zone business hub, with Academic City next door.
A landscape-led community shaped around everyday life outdoors, for every age and every hour, a short walk from home.
Dubai Silicon Oasis sits between the E311 and Al Ain Road in east Dubai, with Academic City, Mirdif and Dubailand on its doorstep and Downtown and the airport around twenty minutes away.
